كل من أخفى جثة قتيل أو دفنها بدون إخبار جهات الاقتضاء وقبل الكشف عليها وتحقيق حالة الموت وأسبابه يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها مصريا .
