لا تسري أحكام المواد ٢١١ و ٢١٢ و ٢١٣ و ٢١٤ و ٢١٥ على أحوال التزوير المنصوص عليها في المواد ٢١٦ و ٢١٧ و ٢١٨ و ٢١٩ و ٢٢٠ و ٢٢١ و ٢٢٢ ولا على أحوال التزوير المنصوص عليها في قوانين عقوبات خاصة .
