كل موظف عمومي أعطى تذكرة سفر أو تذكرة مرور باسم مزور مع علمه بالتزوير يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسين جنيها مصريا فضلا عن عزله .
