كل من صنع تذكرة مرور أو تذكرة سفر مزورة أو زور في ورقة من هذا القبيل كانت صحيحة في الأصل أو استعمل إحدى الأوراق المذكورة مع علمه بتزويرها يعاقب بالحبس أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها مصريا .
