يعاقب بالحبس كل من استحصل بغير حق على أختام أو دمغات أو علامات حقيقية لإحدى المصالح الحكومية أو إحدى جهات الإدارة العمومية أو إحدى الهيئات المبينة في المادة السابقة واستعملها استعمالا ضارا بمصلحة عامة أو خاصة.
