يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة شهور و بغرامة لا تجاوز مائة جنيه أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من نشر فى الصحف أو فى غيرها من المطبوعات دون اذن مكتوب من وزير الداخلية اخبارا أو رسوما أو صورا أو رموزا عن الشئون الخاصة للأسرة المالكة أو لأحد أعضائها.
