يعاقب بنفس العقوبات كل من نشر باحدى الطرق المتقدم ذكرها ماجرى من المناقشات في الجلسات السرية لأحد مجلسي البرلمان أو نشر بغير أمانة وبسوء قصد ما جرى في الجلسات العلنية لأي المجلسين المذكورين .
