إذا سرقت أوراق أو سندات أو سجلات أو دفاتر متعلقة بالحكومة أو أوراق مرافعة قضائية أو اختلست أو أتلفت وكانت محفوظة في المخازن العمومية المعدة لها أو مسلمة إلى شخص مأمور بحفظها يعاقب من كانت في عهدته بسبب إهماله في حفظها بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز ثلاثة شهور أو بغرامة لا تزيد على ثلاثين جنيها مصريا .
