كل موظف أو مستخدم عمومي مكلف بالقبض على إنسان ويهمل في الإجراءات اللازمة لذلك بقصد معاونته على الفرار من وجه القضاء يجازى بالعقوبات المدونة في المادة السابقة بحسب الأحوال المبينة فيها .
