كل موظف توسط لدى قاض أو محكمة لصالح أحد الخصوم أو إضرارا به سواء بطريق الأمر أو الطلب أو الرجاء أو التوصية يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسين جنيها مصريا .
١٢٦ - كل قاض امتنع بناء على الأسباب المذكورة آنفا عن الحكم أو صدر منه حكم ثبت أنه غير حق يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين وبالعزل .
