يعد مثل الراشي ويعاقب بالعقوبات المقررة في المادة السابقة من يستعمل طرق الإكراه بأفعال محسوسة كالضرب ونحوه أو طرق التهديد في حق موظف ليحصل منه على قضاء أمر غير حق أو على اجتنابه أداء عمل من أعمال وظيفته .
