يلغى القانون رقم ١٠٨ لسنة ١٩٤٥ فيما تضمنه من استمرار العمل بأحكام الأمر العسكرى رقم ٣٦٣ لسنة ١٩٤٣ بتقرير بعض التدابير لإزالة البرك والمستنقعات وغيرها من بيئات توالد البعوض ، والقانون رقم ٧٦ لسنة ١٩٤٦ بردم البرك والمستنقعات ومنع إحداث الحفر ، والقانون رقم ١٧٧ لسنة ١٩٦٠ فى شأن البرك والمستنقعات التى قامت الحكومة بردمها قبل إتمام إجراءات نزع ملكيتها بعد العمل بالقانون رقم ٧٦ لسنة ١٩٤٦ المشار إليه – كما يلغى كل نص يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
