تلغى المواد من ٤٢٥ إلى ٤٤٩ و ٨٨١ و ٨٨٢ من قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية والمواد من ٤٢٠ إلى ٤٤٠ من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية والمواد من ٢٥٠ إلى ٢٦٥ من قانون أصول المحاكمات والمواد من ٣٣٦ إلى ٣٧٨ من قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية المشار إليها .
ويستعاض عنها بالنصوص المرافقة ، ويلغى كل نص آخر يخالف أحكامها .
