لا يجوز الطعن في أحكام محكمة النقض ولا في أحكام المحاكم المنصوص عليها
بالمادة ٣٦ مكررا من هذا القانون بأي طريق من طرق الطعن إلا إذا توافرت حالة من حالات
إعادة النظر المنصوص عليها في قانون الإجراءات الجنائية ، متى كانت المحكمة قد نقضت
الحكم المطعون فيه وتصدت لنظر الموضوع .
