يجوز للمحكمة استثناء أن ترخص لمحامى الخصوم والنيابة بإيداع مذكرات تكميلية إذا رأت بعد اطلاعها على القضية أنه لا غنى عن ذلك . وحينئذ تؤجل القضية لجلسة أخرى وتحدد المواعيد التى يجب إيداع تلك المذكرات فيها .
