لكل من كان خصما فى القضية التى صدر فيها الحكم المطعون فيه ولم يعلنه ( يبلغه ) رافع الطعن بطعنه أن يتدخل فى قضية الطعن ليطلب الحكم برفض الطعن ، ويكون تدخله بإيداع مذكرة بدفاعه قلم الكتاب ( الديوان ) قبل انقضاء الميعاد المحدد فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة ١٢ مشفوعة بالمستندات التى تؤيده .
