لرئيس الرقابة أن يوقف العضو عن عمله
احتياطيا إذا اقتضت مصلحة التحقيق معه ذلك ، ولا يجوز أن تزيد مدة
الإيقاف عن ثلاثة أشهر إلا بقرار من مجلس التأديب ولا يترتب على إيقاف
العضو عن عمله وقف صرف مرتبه
