يصدر القرار بالإحالة إلى المحاكمة التأديبية من رئيس
الرقابة الإدارية ويتضمن بيانا بالتهم المنسوبة إلى العضو ، ويبلغ العضو
بهذا القرار وبتاريخ الجلسة المعينة لمحاكمته وذلك قبل التاريخ المحدد
لانعقاد المجلس بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل .
