استثناء من أحكام المادة السابقة يجوز للجنة شئون الأفراد
أن تمنح الموظف المنقول علاوة أو أكثر بحيث لا تزيد عن أربع علاوات
تسوية من علاوة الفئة التى يدخل فيها مرتبه بحيث لا يتجاوز المرتب نهاية
مربوط الفئة ، وإذا كانت ماهية الموظف تقل عن أول مربوط أدنى فئة
يمنح منه أول مربوط هذه الفئة .
