لمأمورى الضبط القضائى دخول أى حقل أو مشتل أو حديقة أو أى مكان آخر غير معد للسكن يشتبه فى وجود نباتات مصابة به . ولهم أن يضعوا تحت المراقبة النباتات التى يشتبه فى إصابتها وذلك كله طبقا للنظم والأوضاع التى يحددها وزير الزراعة بقرار يصدره .
