لمأمورى الضبط القضائى أخذ عينات بدون مقابل من المخصبات الزراعية المستوردة أو المنتجة محليا أو المعروضة للبيع أو المتداولة لتحليلها للتحقق من صلاحيتها ولهم فى سبيل ذلك دخول جميع الأماكن التى توجد فيها المخصبات أو يشتبه فى وجودها فيها . عدا الأماكن المخصصة للسكن و يجوز لهم التحفظ على المخصبات فى حالة الاشتباه فى غشها .
