فى حالة مخالفة إحدى المواد [رقم غير مقروء] بند (ا) و بند (ب) يكون لصاحب الشأن أن ينازع فى المخالفة بأن يطلب إثبات وجه المنازعة فى المحضر أو أن يقدم تظلمه مكتوبا إلى مفتش الزراعة بالمركز أو مدير الزراعة بالمحافظة وذلك خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ تحرير المحضر أو خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ إعلانه بخطاب مسجل و إلا سقط حقه فى المنازعة .
