يصدر الترخيص المشار اليه فى المادة السابقة بعد موافقة لجنة تقاوى الحاصلات الزراعية وذلك مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام الحجر الزراعى .
و يصدر الوزير قرارا بالاجراءات والشروط اللازم توافرها للحصول على هذا الترخيص وحالات الإعفاء منه .
