لايجوز نقل بذرة القطن التجارى من المحالج إلا بترخيص من وزارة الزراعة وطبقا للشروط والقواعد التى يصدر بها قرار من الوزير .
وللوزير أن يمنع نقل البذرة التجارى من أى صنف من أصناف القطن من المحالج الى المعاصر لفترة معينة .
