:
لايجوز حيازة ماكينات حليج القطن ( دواليب الحليج ) أو أجزاء منها إلا فى المحالج المرخص بتشغيلها أو المصانع المرخص لها بتصنيعها والاتجار فيها طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يصدر بها قرارات من وزيرى الزراعة والصناعة .
وتضبط الأجهزة أو أجزاؤها المخالفة بالطريق
الإدارى ، وتودع فى المكان الذى يحدده وزير الزراعة أو من يفوضه ، كما تضبط الأقطان
والبذرة الموجودة فى موقع المخالفة وتسلم إلى أقرب محلج مرخص بتشغيله يقوم بحلج
نفس النوع.
