تشكل فى وزارة الزراعة لجنة تسمى " لجنة تقاوى الحاصلات الزراعية " يصدر بتشكيلها وبنظام العمل فيها قرار من وزير الزراعة .
وتختص هذه اللجنة باقتراح سياسة انتاج التقاوى وتحديد مواصفاتها والنظم والقرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا الباب .
