للوزير أن يحظر كليا أو جزئيا زراعة الحاصلات التى تسرى عليها أحكام هذا الباب من غير الأصناف المسجلة منها وذلك ابتداء من الموسم الزراعى التالى لتاريخ صدور قرار الحظر .
ويجوز لأغراض علمية أو لاستنباط أصناف جديدة زراعة أصناف غير مسجلة من الحاصلات بشرط الحصول على ترخيص بذلك من وزارة الزراعة تحدد فيه الجهة والمساحة التى تزرع فيها تلك الأصناف .
