كل من خالف الفقرة الأولى من المادة ١٣٤ يعاقب
بغرامة قدرها جنيه واحد عن كل رأس من الماشية ومائتا مليم عن كل
رأس من الأغنام أو الماعز .
لوزارة الزراعة دون انتظار الحكم ، أن تذبح الحيوانات محل المخالفة
على نفقة المخالف وتبيعها لحسابه .
