كل مخالفة لإحدى المواد ١١٧ ، ١١٨ ، ١١٩
أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا لها يعاقب مرتكبها بغرامة لا تزيد على
عشرة جنيهات .
ويجوز الحكم بمصادرة الآلات والأدوات التى استعملت فى المخالفة .
