لا يجوز استيراد ملكات النحل وبيض دودة الحرير
أو بيعها أو الاتجار فيها إلا بترخيص من وزارة الزراعة وطبقا للشروط
والأوضاع التى تحدد بقرار من الوزير .
كما لايجوز استيراد عسل النحل بغير ترخيص من وزارة الزراعة يصدر
طبقا للشروط التى تحدد بقرار من الوزير .
