Article 7 of the Prevention of Smoking Harms Law

مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة جنية ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يخالف الأحكام الواردة فى المواد 1، 3، 4، 5 من هذا القانون.
وفى حالة العود تكون العقوبة الحبس والغرامة معا.
وعلى جميع الأحوال يجب الحكم بمصادرة السجائر أو التبغ المضبوط.
ويجوز أن يشمل الحكم إغلاق المصنع أو المتجر الذى ضبطت فيه الجريمة.
