تشكل بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء لجنة عليا لمكافحة التبغ برئاسة وزير الصحة
وعضوية الوزراء المعنيين وممثلين عن مؤسسات المجتمع المدنى ، تقوم بوضع سياسات مكافحة
التبغ والتنسيق بين جهود الوزارات والهيئات فى متابعة تنفيذ هذه السياسات ، ويعرض
وزير الصحة توصيات هذه اللجنة على مجلس الوزراء لاتخاذ اللازم فى شأنها .
