يجب أن يبين على كل علبة سجائر أو تبغ منتجة محليا أو مستوردة نسبة مادتى النيكوتين والقطران والمواد الأخرى التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير الدولة للصحة، ويجوز بقرار منه إضافة بيانات أخرى لاثباتها على علب السجائر أو التبغ المشار إليها.
كما يجب أن يثبت على كل علبة التحذير الآتى نصه:
“التدخين ضار جدا بالصحة”.
