تخضع امتحانات النقل والامتحانات النهائية للنظم والقواعد التى تقررها وزارة التعليم العالى لكل معهد عال خاص.
ويعتمد مجلس إدارة المعهد نتائج امتحانات النقل وتعتمد وزارة التعليم العالى نتائج الامتحانات النهائية.
ويمنح الطلاب الذين يتمون دراساتهم فى المعهد بنجاح بكالوريوس أو ليسانس أو دبلوم أو درجة علمية أخرى على حسب الأحوال وتعتمد هذه الشهادات من وزير التعليم العالى.
