يقبل بالمعاهد العالية الخاصة الطلاب الحاصلون على شهادة إتمام الدراسة الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم المدارس الثانوية الفنية أو ما يعادلهما.
ويجوز لمجلس إدارة المعهد أن يقبل طلابا فى غير الصف النهائى إذا ثبت أنهم درسوا مقررات دراسية تؤهلهم للالتحاق بالصفوف التى يتقدمون اليها وذلك طبقا لأحكام اللائحة الداخلية للمعهد.
