يجوز لضرورة تقتضيها المحافظة على حياة إنسان حى أو علاجه من مرض جسيم أو استكمال نقص حيوى فى جسده، أن يزرع فيه عضو أو جزء من عضو أو نسيج من جسد إنسان ميت، وذلك فيما بين المصريين إذا كان الميت قد أوصى بذلك قبل وفاته بوصية موثقة، أو مثبتة فى أية ورقة رسمية، أو أقر بذلك وفقا للإجراءات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
