تتكفل الدولة بنفقات إجراء عمليات زرع الأعضاء فى المنشآت الطبية المرخص لها، وذلك بالنسبة إلى كل من يعجز عن السداد ممن حل عليه الدور وفقا للضوابط التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير الصحة.
وينشأ صندوق للمساهمة فى نفقات نقل وزرع الأعضاء والأنسجة لغير القادرين، يتبع وزير الصحة وتتكون موارده من:
– ما تخصصه الدولة فى الموازنة العامة.
– حصيلة الغرامات الموقعة على المخالفين لأحكام هذا القانون.
– الرسوم التى تحصل طبقا لهذا القانون.
– التبرعات.
