إذا لم يتم تنفيذ المشروع وبدء الإنتاج الفعلى خلال المدة التى تحدد فى قرار التخصيص يتعين على الجهة الإدارية مالكة الأرض استردادها، ويجوز لها بيعها أو تأجيرها لصاحب المشروع وفقا للأسعار السائدة فى المنطقة فى تاريخ الاسترداد.
