يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن شهر وبغرامة لا تقل
عن مائة جنيه ولا تجاوز ثلاثمائة جنيه كل من يقوم عمدا بأى فعل من شأنه
تهديد سلامة مبنى أو تعريضه للسقوط أو إتلافه كليا أو جزئيا إذا كان ذلك
بقصد التوصل إلى اعتباره آيلا للسقوط .
