يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن شهرين ولا تزيد على
سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف أحكام المادتين [رقم غير مقروء] من هذا
القانون ، فإذا ترتب على عدم تنفيذ المالك لقرار صادر بالهدم الكلى
أو الجزئى سقوط المبنى كانت العقوبة الحبس .
