Article 41 of the Rent of Premises Law (1977)

فيما عدا الفنادق والنزل يجب على كل من أجر مكانا
مفروشا أو جزءا منه أو أوى أو أسكن أى أجنبى أو مصرى ، أن يخطر
قسم الشرطة الذى يتبعه المكان باسم الشاغل للمكان وجنسيته ورقم جواز
سفره إن كان أجنبيا ورقم ومكان وتاريخ صدور بطاقته الشخصية أو العائلية
إن كان مصريا ، ومدة الإيجار أو الاشغال والغرض منه وتاريخ بداية
هذه المدة ونهايتها ، وذلك خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ تأجير أو شغل
المكان أيهما أسبق .
