يلتزم المستأجر فى حالة تحديد الأجرة بالزيادة عما هو
منصوص عليه فى العقد ، بأداء الفرق مقسطا على أقساط شهرية لمدة
مساوية للمدة التى استحقت عنها أو سداده كاملا إذا أراد إخلاء العين المؤجرة
قبل انقضاء المدة المذكورة .
وعلى المؤجر أن يرد إلى المستأجر فرق الأجرة عند تحديدها بما يقل
عما هو منصوص عليه فى العقد وبالطريقة المنصوص عليها فى الفقرة
السابقة .
