على كل عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس أن يقدم تقريرا سنويا عن نشاطه العلمى والبحوث التى أجراها ونشرها والبحوث الجارية إلى رئيس مجلس القسم المختص للعرض على مجلس القسم، وعلى رئيس مجلس القسم أن يقدم تقريرا إلى عميد الكلية أو المعهد عن سير العمل فى قسمه وعن النشاط العلمى والبحوث الجارية فيه وما حققه القسم من أهداف.
