يجوز نقل أعضاء هيئة التدريس من جامعة إلى أخرى من الجامعات الخاضعة لهذا القانون بعد موافقة مجلس الجامعتين وأخذ رأى مجالس الكليات أو المعاهد ومجالس الأقسام المعنية.

يجوز نقل أعضاء هيئة التدريس من جامعة إلى أخرى من الجامعات الخاضعة لهذا القانون بقرار من وزير التعليم العالى بعد موافقة مجلسى الجامعتين وأخذ رأى مجالس الكليات أو المعاهد ومجالس الأقسام المعنية، ولوزير التعليم العالى عند الاقتضاء عرض الأمر على المجلس الأعلى للجامعات.
