يختص المؤتمر العلمى للكلية أو المعهد بتدارس ومناقشة كافة شئون التعليم والبحث العلمى فى الكلية أو المعهد، وتقييم النظم المقررة فى شأنها ومراجعتها وتجديدها بما يحقق انطلاقها لملاحقة التقدم العلمى والتعليمى ومطالب المجتمع وحاجاته المتطورة.
