تعرض قرارات مجلس شئون التعليم والطلاب وقرارات مجلس الدراسات العليا والبحوث فى المسائل المتعلقة بالتخطيط والتنسيق والتنظيم والمتابعة على مجلس الجامعة ليقرر ما يراه فى شأنها. أما قرارات المجلسين فى المسائل التنفيذية فتكون نافذة بصدور قرار من رئيس الجامعة باعتمادها، وله عند الاقتضاء عرضها على مجلس الجامعة.
