يجوز فى حال إنشاء فرع للجامعة تعيين نائب لرئيس الجامعة يعاونه فى إدارة شئون الفرع وتكون له جميع الاختصاصات المخولة لنائبى رئيس الجامعة فى شئون هذا الفرع.
