تشكل هيئة فنية لمعاونة أمين المجلس الأعلى للجامعات بقرار من رئيس المجلس بعد أخذ رأى الأمين، وينظم أعمال هذه الهيئة قرار من رئيس المجلس الأعلى للجامعات بعد أخذ رأى المجلس.
