تنتهى مدد العمداء الحاليين اعتبارا من تاريخ نفاذ هذا القانون، على أن يتم اختيار وتعيين العمداء الجدد وفقا لأحكام المادة 43 فى خلال شهر على الأكثر من تاريخ نفاذ هذا القانون.
وتعتبر مدد وكلاء هذه الكليات والمعاهد الحاليين منتهية من تاريخ صدور القرار بتعيين العمداء الجدد.
