تشمل تقديرات الإيرادات السنوية لموازنة الجامعة على غلة أموالها المنقولة والثابتة والتبرعات والرسوم وسائر الإيرادات من أى مورد كان وإعانة الحكومة.
كما تشتمل تقديرات النفقات السنوية للموازنة الأجور والنفقات الجارية والتحويلية والاستثمارية التى يتم إعدادها على نمط اعداد موازنة الهيئات العامة.
